1What if I don't feel confident to barista after my training and shadowing?
To help move our trainees forward, we automatically upgrade them after 15 hours of shadowing. If you don't think you are ready, just let us know.
2What if there isn't a training event available?
No problem. You can always attend one of our educational events, and move forward to shadowing. Just contact me at dan@endtrade.org.
3What if I am no longer able to volunteer?
We understand that things come up. I mean, you're an over-worked college student. Just let us know that you are having to step down for the time being. You can always come back anytime.
4I'm having a hard time signing up for shifts
Whether it's a problem with wheniwork, or simply a low availability of shifts for your available time, just let me know. We'll figure it out.
Hint: make sure you update your availability with wheniwork each semester.
